Today I wrote about a book I absolutely LOVED, Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. Don’t be deterred by the cover…it’s not that cutesy.

Seriously, you guys, there is nothing I love so much as a romance. Give it a read and let me know what you think!

Young Adult Education: Any Suggestions?
I forgot to mention it this weekend, but my most recent Young Adult Education column on Hello Giggles is about The Downside of Being Charlie by Jenny Torres Sanchez. It’s a great book and you should definitely check it out!

What I want to know from you is this: What’s your favorite YA book? Do you have any recomendations? Anything you’d like to see on the site? I definitely have a long, long list of books to write about, but I’m always open to suggestions! I talk about old and new books, and in general I tend to focus on contemporary, realistic novels. I feel like the market is already completely saturated with dystopias and mythical beasts; they get enough coverage without me writing about them. That’s not to say I never would, though.
Also, if you have a book to promote, I’m always happy to check it out and see if it’s a good fit for the site. I’ve actually found out about a lot of cool books and authors that way. Not that people are sending them to me for my benefit, but as usual I’ve found a way to make it all about me. You guys know how I do things around here.
So let me know: what YA books should I cover on Young Adult Education? Leave me a comment, send me an email at welcometoladyville@gmail.com, or find me on Twitter @KerryAnn.
This Week on Hello Giggles!
Yesterday I wrote about a book called Unclaimed Treasures, which no one ever talks about and I’m pretty sure I imagined.

And I think I’m right! Comment sections don’t lie. Seriously, if it weren’t for the fact that I own a copy, I would assume this was all a figment of my imagination. Check out the column here and let me know if you’ve ever read this book!
Today on Hello Giggles!
Over on Hello Giggles, I’m talking about one of my favorite YA books, Nothing but the Truth (and a Few White Lies) by Justina Chen Headley.
Check it out! Let me know what you think! Read the book! Oh, and have a great Mother’s Day.
This Week on Hello Giggles!
Special post today, you guys…it’s a giveaway!

Just leave a comment on the Hello Giggles post and you’ll be entered to win a copy of Wentworth Hall and a $50 Sephora gift card! You can buy so much fancy mascara with that. I’ve been into a Sephora exactly once in my life and it was a magical experience. I kind of wish I could win this gift card, but I can’t, so take advantage of this opportunity and enter to win!
